Vineyard Management
Our viticulturalist sources quality grapes from vineyards around the Western Cape that best suit the true stylistic expression of ripe friendly fruit flavours synonymous with The Saints wines.
Wine Making
Our wines are made in appointed wineries around the Cape under the watchful eye and explicit direction of our Oenologist. Each variety is handled separately and the final blending and bottling takes place in our cellars in Wellington.
Tasting Notes
Our winemaker has created a red wine that preserves all the natural grape flavours, and presents soft, ripe berry fruit flavours on the nose with a smooth and gentle finish.
Food Suggestions
Ideal around the dinner table shared with friends. Delectable with wholesome roasts and casseroles, pizzas and excellent with steaks and hearty traditional dishes.
